The Leader Scotland Ltd is a new Scottish company, founded in 2018 by Graham Bell OBE and Lesley Fuller.

Based in Scotland, but with an international footprint, The Leader will help you and your business survive, grow and thrive.

We integrate the three key areas of leading, learning and living and help you to get these in balance to achieve your potential and drive your business forward.

As well as working with you one-to-one, we can offer this type of support to other leaders in your business.

And we can work with your leadership team as a group, using industry-leading learning programmes.

We can also help your new and aspiring leaders, as you build the long-term future of your company.

We have the necessary skills and experience to work across the private, public and voluntary sectors. Fees are scaled to the level of input required.

We will work all our programmes and meetings around timings that suit you and your business. Our experience is in 24/7 business, so we know the importance of keeping the business going and investing in staff. Plus you get the bonus of staff knowing that you are supporting them around their shift patterns.

We offer board review, development and support. This can extend to interim executive placements.

Mastermind classes are offered to leaders from different companies. A mastermind group comprises a small number of leaders who share and support each other through the challenges of being a boss.

We bring many years of successful business leadership, underpinned by reflective and evaluated experience.

We are actively engaged in ongoing learning, building on our accumulated skills and qualifications to ensure our knowledge and understanding is contemporary and relevant for you.
